Heights hotel is a beautiful spot in Portland, nice location and perfect scenery, not very far from the sea,hotel is nice but shame we had to stay in twin room would have been a perfect stay if we could have double bed

Hotel Heights was a beauty! Views of the sea from the heights of the Island! Beautiful spot!
We were greeted by Lynn, she was welcoming, warm and genuine and went above and beyond to help us out with checking in, local amenities and tour of hotel! Thank you Lynn!

A very pleasant hotel in a unique location. Spectacular views from the restaurant and bar. Very friendly and helpful staff. Food very good with some unusual menu. Very relaxing atmosphere. Rooms are adequate but it would be nice to have been able to open the window.

I wrote this elsewhere after trying to “speak” with management first! I was then advised that my letter pointing out some shortfalls, was incorrect and that the group trip organiser had informed them everything was OK. That itself was another lie. The food offering was awful, nobody would take responsibility. Two of three evening meals were inedible. But the “management” who wrote to me denied anything was amiss.

We have stayed here few times and had a really nice time, lovely and clean, breakfast is lovely and the cafe in the ground floor is also really nice. Located on the top of the isle of Portland it has stunning views. We really enjoyed our stay and would return

The hotel is in a great location, with amazing views. The staff were really helpful and friendly, and the breakfast was really good.
Hotel is a little bit old style, but clean and quiet.
Well worth staying here if you’re thinking about touring the isle of Portland.

Lovely hotel great staff great food and stunning views from the hotel just really enjoyed this hotel everything about the hotel from location friendly staff lovely menu choices the parking bedrooms were lovely and spotless reception staff were really helpful nothing was too much trouble I would really recommend this hotel well worth a visit

Excellent from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, we knew we'd be well looked after. It was so clean throughout. The welcome was warm, the food was hot and the weather superb. Free parking on-site which is a bonus. All you can eat buffet breakfast was delicious. Rooms immaculate. Staff are lovely and so friendly.
