對攜程和酒店溝通不滿意、原預訂兩晚上、但由於行程改動需要提前前往鹿特丹（還是在攜程上訂的酒店、本人當時衹有攜程的APP）入住當時就安排退一個晚上、酒店同意並安排退我一晚上税款和早餐（不是攜程購買）、 並攜程也答應去安排退一晚上；但由於攜程的溝通延誤導致未能退款一晚、浪費本人金錢、時間及對於攜程的信任；所以給人感覺前面答應後面沒戲；

Top service, verwarming was defect, gelijk andere kamer gekregen.
Iets minder was dat we 12 euro moesten betalen voor 2 laat machiato met caramel smaakje. Vind ik wel heel duur 🤔

Prima hotel op locatie vlakbij Rotterdam. Nabij de snelweg. Niet veel te beleven in directe omgeving maar voor uitvalsbasis prima.

Lekker witbiertje besteld aan de bar. Een 2de zat er niet in want die was nog niet koud.... bij aankomst op de etage hoor je de afzuiging pas goed... eenmaal op de kamer aangekomen fluit die dus alle kanten op. Nog nooit eerder klachten over gehad zeggen ze bij de receptie. Voor de rust en ontspanning, zeker niet hier heengaan

Away on a job in Rotterdam from February to March, so the group of lads I was working away with and myself were all put into this Postillion Hotel in Dordrecht. Staff were great, very helpful, and often displaying great patience as some of the boys could be a bit boisterous. One of the lovely reception ladies working night reception found my glasses, I was ever-so grateful, I rarely wear them but they would have been expensive to replace. The hotel itself quite modern and comfortable. The food served was alright although no ‘Full English’ for us Brits on the breakfast menu, but there was some streaky bacon and scrambled eggs though. The coffee machine was hit and miss, either it worked or it didn’t. Room was ok, I was in 216, the shower in the en-suite was great but the lighting in the room itself a bit strange as there was no overhead big light? My room was cleaned regularly and the bedding replaced, who doesn’t love clean sheets? The Postillion Hotel in Dordrecht is what I’d class as a functional hotel suitable for contractors and business seminars etc but not somewhere I’d choose if I was there on holiday.

Prima hotel, schone (comfort) kamer ..wel beetje sfeerloos en onduidelijk wat ‘comfort’ extra biedt. In het restaurant kun je heerlijk eten, beperkte kaart maar kwaliteit is top.

Stayed here for 2 nights this week and it was fine. Room was clean and breakfast was good. Room could use a refurbishment as with the elevator. Staff at reception were very helpful and welcoming on arrival. I would stay here again if I am back in Dordrecht in the future.
