wir waren 2 Nächte dort. Hatten sehr schöne und moderne Zimmer. Der Zugang mit PIN hat einwandfrei funktioniert und war super, da wir später einchecken wollten. Frühstück ist sehr gut und frisch mit Kaffeevollautomat mit Spezialitäten. Zimmer und das Hotel allgemein war sehr sauber und freundliches Personal. Wenn wir wieder in Dortmund sind, dann kommen wir gerne wieder!

Kamer met ontbijt geboekt en betaald. Ik arriveerde om 11u en dat was te vroeg om de kamersleutel te krijgen. Ik vertelde dat ik de stad in ging en pas laat terug zou komen. Dat was geen probleem want er was een sleutelkast met pincode aan de deur, men ging mij de code mailen. Bij aankomst snachts, geen code ontvangen. Aan de deur hangt een blad met 3 tel nrs die je kan bellen bij problemen, op geen enkel nummer kreeg ik antwoord, bericht ingesproken, geen reactie. Dit aangekaart bij hotel en ***********, hotel legt de fout bij Booking, Booking legt de fout bij hotel, dus geld kwijt. Los hiervan is het hotel gelegen in een slechte buurt.

The rooms are comfortable, clean and very quiet. They serve a good breakfast. The Dortmund stadium can be easily reached by public transportation. If you travel by car, they have a dedicated parking lot.

Had to make phone calls to get access to hotel and room as we had not received an email with the key code. ******* were of no real help. It was another guest that helped us out. Once we were in the were no complaints and presently surprised. Breakfast was very good
