Very cheap service even they did not provide us water for drinking.

I like the hotel . The location is nearby to the station and Dortmund shopping centre. Clean room.

The room is huge! Double bed room, there is a small walkway in the room, the toilet and bathtub are very clean, the hot water is super fast, you can take a bath.

The service was good but the hotel was in the middle of renovation. The curtains were dirty and the floor was also something to look out for. Kind regards

I had a comfortable stay in a single room. It was more than worth the price. There are restaurants nearby, as well as McDonald's, KFC, and Burger King, so you can get a cheap meal.

Perfect location, opposite the center of Dortmund. This is the only thing good about this hotel. Staff is not service oriented. When booking we reserved a baby cot, but we did not receive it after asking twice; Asked for a small light at reception but no one came to bring it. Parking garage was full, they said. We had to find a spot in the nearby parking garage for €35. The room had a horrible sewage smell. Bad beds and pillows. Breakfast was not fresh. It's hell!

I really don't know where to start, the hotel is a complete disaster!!! Except the location of the hotel everything is bad! The room smelled like old socks. The television didn't work. There was hair everywhere. Stains on the curtain had to be touched with Tempo cloths 🤢🤮 And the cherry on top was that suddenly an unknown person was standing in my room. With the same room card, the gentleman apologized several times, although it wasn't his fault but the hotel's! No organization, no system! Never again!!!!
