Der Anfang und das Ende waren schlecht, der Aufenthalt war gut. Wer nach einer vielstündigen Anreise noch stundenlang warten muss, um einchecken zu dürfen, wird das nur missmutig tun, aber auch die Wartezeit in einem ebenso unattraktiven wie ungemütlichen Foyer nicht schätzenswert finden. Die Ausstattung der Zimmer ist gut, der Preis attraktiv, die Lage jedoch nicht ganz so gut, wie es der Blick auf den Stadtplan glauben lässt. Wer die paar hundert Meter zum Bahnhof an einem frühen Morgen zurückzulegen hat, zumal an einem Wochenende, wird die Begegnungen mit übernächtigen Gestalten wenig erfreulich finden. Ein tolles Hotel mit sehr aufmerksamen und freundlichen Personal. Die Zimmer im Bergwerk Stil sind sehr schön eingerichtet. Das Frühstück sehr gut. Die Lage optimal, 5 Minuten zu Fuss ins Zentrum und zu den U-Bahn Stationen. Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen.

Top Service. Sehr nettes Personal. Egal ob am Empfang oder Frühstück. Selbst die Reinigungsdamen waren freundlich und haben uns gefragt, ob alles OK ist. Frühstück perfekt. Klein aber hochwertig und liebevoll platziert. Tolles Geschirr und Besteck. Wir kommen wieder.

The hotel is near the city center. The Location is the only good thing. Rooms - dusty and very noisy, feels like you sleep on the road. Breakfast - below avarage, cheap coffee and lack of variety. Stuff - not well trained Just for few pounds more you can have much bette hotel

Ein sehr schönes Ambiente . Freundliches Personal Man kommt schnell in die Innenstadt . Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und abwechslungsreich . Zur Zeit kann man leider die Sauna und den Wellness Bereich nicht nutzen .
