Gebucht für eine Übernachtung. Zum Signal Iduna Park nur 10 Minuten Fußweg. Essen im Hotel Restaurant war sehr kleiner. Einziges Manko: kein WLAN Signal im Zimmer.

Auf Kritik reagiert das Hotel wohl gar nicht. Weder auf Nachrichten in FB noch auf die Umfrage zur Zufriedenheit Direkt. das sollte nicht passieren, egal wie die Antwort ausfällt - eine höfliche Response hat jeder Gast sicherlich verdient. PS: es ging um mündlich genannte Preise.

Von einem Steigenberger Hotel hätte ich mehr erwartet. Das Hotelzimmer an sich könnte renoviert werden. Relativ alte Möbel (dunkelbraunes Holz-viel wissen, was ich damit meine). Die Silikonfugen im Bad/Dusch waren teilweise defekt und vergilbt. Dusche relativ klein. Der TV im Zimmer ist zu klein und fast schon nostalgisch. Frühstück war gut, die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter hätte besser sein können.

Steigenberger bürgt für Qualität. Der gleichbleibende Standard überzeugt. Jedoch ein Punkt Abzug für ein sehr niedriges WC. Für Leute mit Mobilitätsproblemen schwierig. Das behindertengerechte Zimmer ist auf Nachfrage für nur 1 Person gedacht. Ich stand kurz vor der Hüft OP und hätte mich vorher erkundigen sollen.

Wie in den letzten Jahren ist das Steigenberger Hotel Dortmund immer die erste Adresse für mich, wenn wir zur Motorradmesse nach Dortmund fahren. Erstklassige Empfang beim einchecken, wunderschöne und ruhige Zimmer. Ein hervorragendes Frühstücksbuffet mit einer sehr großen Auswahl. Und das gesamte Team ist eine ganz tolle Truppe. Ich freue mich schon auf die nächste Zeit bei Euch im Haus.
