Booked for one night. Only 10 minutes walk to Signal Iduna Park. Food in the hotel restaurant was very small. Only drawback: no WiFi signal in the room.

Great hotel. Arrived at 1pm and the rooms were ready. We were on a Borussia Dor**und trip and the hotel had the match tickets / gifts etc. The lady on reception was superb. Really friendly and I was glad her hiccups had gone when we checked out! Room was perfectly fine, had everything you need, pillows little bit stained though and could do with a change. Breakfast was good both days and all staff we met were really helpful. I would recommend this hotel especially if going to the football as its a 10 minute walk to the ground from here. A taxi rank is literally 20 metres from the hotel as well and always had taxis in it.

Unfortunately, there was no hot water during the entire stay. This should not happen in a hotel of this category. Unfortunately, there was no apology from the receptionist either... Otherwise, a nice hotel with a good location - especially if you want to go to the stadium.

The hotel doesn't seem to respond to criticism at all. Neither to messages on Facebook nor to the direct satisfaction survey. That shouldn't happen, no matter what the answer is - every guest certainly deserves a polite response. PS: it was about prices that were mentioned verbally.

I would have expected more from a Steigenberger hotel. The hotel room itself could be renovated. Relatively old furniture (dark brown wood - many know what I mean by that). The silicone joints in the bathroom/shower were partially broken and yellowed. Shower relatively small. The TV in the room is too small and almost nostalgic. Breakfast was good, the friendliness of the staff could have been better.
