2-Star Hotels in Dortmund

A hotel that helps a colleague make a mistake. This family was good in all aspects of the evaluation and chose this family. The hotel's been making good comments. Nice position, too! Good recommendation!

Overall the hotel was very bad. On booking it said parking available, when the receptionist asked if they had a parking space, we got the answer - yes, with 8 € more per day -. So we left the car in a parking garage in the immediate vicinity for €14 a day. The room had no air conditioning and was therefore very hot, we had to sleep with the windows open. Next to the hotel was a bar where a lot of people spoke and celebrated very loudly. Luckily we only stayed one night and were very tired from the trip and were able to fall asleep pretty quickly. The only plus was that this hotel was a few steps from the center. The day after we wanted to go for breakfast (since it was included in the price), this was on the 2nd floor where we went in and wanted to be served but nobody came, so we left this breakfast room again and thus the hotel.

We chose this hotel as a low budget hotel close to the center. We were not disappointed. Small hotel, small but clean rooms. The reception, apart from the only man, speaks Polish, so you will get along even without the language. Small car park for approx. 10 cars, but if there are no spaces opposite, huge multi-storey car park for EUR 12 per day. Close to the center. Breakfast very modest without hot dishes, but you can eat. Recommend for people for a 1-2 day trip to explore Dortmund or for people coming to matches. Attention. In every hotel in Germany you will need to have the vaccination QR code or PCR test result to check in.

Nice hotel directly located to the Iduna Park signal and to the Westfalen Halls. Relatively small rooms but completely sufficient. I had a room with a French bed. Rooms clean. nicely furnished. Good connection to public transportation. Tram right in front of the door. Breakfast ok for the price of 8,50 Euro. Free WiFi . Sky programs in TV as well. Access to the rooms with a room code. Very pleasant.

The staff was the nicest staff I have ever encountered at a hotel. They were always friendly and asked how our stay was going every time we walked in the door. They also were able to recommend places to get any type of meal that we needed as well. The lady helped me alot when I was down from health. A nice business hotel in the heart of Dortmund. I have enjoyed my stay for 5 days.

The hotel was fine. The beds were fine, and the bathroom was clean. The staff was very friendly, and breakfast was delicious! The location is also good; about 5 minutes walk from the U-Bahn. The only point is the place of the stop contacts in the room.

The hotel room is very large, the design must be beautiful, and the breakfast is also very delicious. It's a typical American breakfast. It's very good to have a menu to order according to your taste. The house has a sofa. It's very considerate to have a waiter come to the room to open the sofa and put it on. Breakfast is very good. The chef orders it now: omelet, shredded cheese, vegetables, mushrooms, etc. It's great. Other kinds of bread, fresh juice coffee tea. Meat has sausages, bacon. Peach apple, cantaloupe, pineapple and other fruits, a kind of Danone fruit yoghurt. All in all, including early value

Very central to everything we needed. We took the breakfast option - variety of bread, hams. cheese and sausage. Scrambled and boiled eggs, fresh fruit, jams, yoghurt and cereals, juices and excellent coffee and other hot drinks. Glad we chose this option as there did not seem too many cafes offering breakfast nearby - only chains. The ladies who dealt with breakfast were lovely, really helpful and friendly. The only reason I've not given a 5 rating is that (for us) the bed was a little firm and the pillows were far too soft and on our last night (Saturday) the hotel must be near a nightclub as all we could hear was thumping music into the early hours (2am!) of the morning. Would just advise getting a room on the opposite side of the hotel.

Eine kleines Hotel mit besonderen Charme. Die Zimmer sind teils neu renoviert. Das Personal und die Besitzerin sind sehr charmant und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstücks Gericht was täglich frei wählbar ist war wirklich SEHR lecker. Das Griechische Frühstück war einfach unvergesslich. Die westphalenhallen sind per Fussmarsch in 20 Minuten erreichbar.
