Piscine avec eau verdâtre et pièce d une chaleur insupportable. Hôtel très peu occupé mais aucune chambre pour handicapés disponible mais une l était pour l employé à la réception. Hôtel propre par contre meuble usé par contre. Beau hall et place à déjeuner

The profile says hot tub and there was no hot tub, only had 3 pillows for 2 queen beds I had to go to Walmart to buy extra for my daughters, no decaf coffee. And toilet wouldn’t flush

The desk clerk was lovely, very welcoming and pleasant. The room was shabby, outdated and worn out. The mattress was lumpy, the shower was not ADA accessible and the bathroom looked dirty.
The pool seemed to have a film on top of the water and the breakfast was just okay at best. The term "you get what you pay for" was very true in this case, as the price was very reasonable.

The yard and surroundings were full of litter, none of beds on first floor facing side walk were made, stains and dirt on hall carpet, sticky material on the floor of our room, too many areas of broken off trim.
Clean sheets and towels were appreciated.

The staff is amazing and will fix or solve any concerns or issues you may have. It’s convenient to the convention center along with being across from Kings Dominion. They also have an indoor pool however there was no fitness room in which seemed they was in process remodeling.

The only good point is it’s located across from Kings Dominion. Too many bad points: no shuttle, lack of breakfast, pool needs remodeling, customer service needs training, beds are uncomfortable and the pictures doesn’t match the hotel

The only complaint I have with this hotel is the girl that was on front desk when we checked out was not friendly at all. She did not say a word to us when we turned in the key. She just took it and that was it. Hotel was nice. Room was clean. And everyone else was very nice.
