Never disappointed

This was an enjoyable stay.

Dirty room, had to change our own sheets because it had not been done. Room space is good thought. Has kitchen but both to cook with. Did find out we could borrow items from the office. Cheap rate. You get what you pay for.

I thought it was going to be a normal hotel room but it was like a mini apartment. With little kitchenette and living room.

The room was non-smoking, but smelled like smoke and air freshener. The floor in the hallway was filthy. Lots of debris, looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in months. The young man who checked us in for our second stay didn’t know where the rooms were located, so we had walk to the multiple buildings and look for room numbers.

Room was clean , but seemed unfinished. The space where a dishwasher would go was a just empty space in the cupboard area. Bedroom had no alarm clock, or dresser. The kitchen had no plates, silverware or glasses or cups. Needed to ask for cookware at front desk if needed any. Full size refrigerator was nice. Closet had no hangers, or doors. Kitchen had a huge wall of cupboards with nothing in them. It had a lovely marble table with stools to eat at or prep food if you could get the utensils. The only garbage container was a little one in the bathroom. No garbage containers in the kitchen area of the suite. They were ordered in July but never arrived yet in February . The smooth top 2 burner stove was a mystery to figure out. Magically it came on after pushing several icons and placing a pan on the burner. Not sure how it turned off either. There was a toaster air fryer combo in the room. The breakfast was very simple with cereal and muffins ,and frozen pancakes on a stick . Coffee was not hot and there was no place to sit and eat near the breakfast area. You needed to carry the items back to the room to heat up in the microwave in your room.

There was a lot I saw wrong once I was there our room didn’t have a trash can in none of the rooms there is no cookware but you do have a stove top and microwave and toaster oven but no dishes or cookware to use they say they have a breakfast lol that’s funny they have yogurt pancakes on a stick and out of date by 3 months little Debbie cakes oh and bagels with nothing to put on them and no hair dryer the pillows are the size of couch pillows for the bed the bed is loud sounds like fun shots it’s metal frame oh and be ready to be woke up at 6:00am with the loudest voice of the starburst drive-through this was not as nice as I thought it would be with pics

Very clean, brand new and well priced. Staff really friendly. Only complaint is that the bed is uncomfortable and noisy

We had problems with the door/key card not working right. The floors were dirty and there was bugs in the bathroom. The office employees tried all they could to help with the door, but had to send someone from Georgia the afternoon after we left.

When I checked in the first key I was given didn’t work had to go back to the Deas for them to activate the key again the first room the bathroom was so dirty so I asked for a new room. The second room was a little bit cleaner. The kitchen sink was dirty. The bed didn’t have a top sheet I had to go and get a top sheet because there is no more rooms, the breezeway was dirty my room had a funny smell and you can hear the people downstairs talking in the room. It was just not a good day at all.

Pros: The room was really nice and newly redone, like a 1br apartment. It was clean. The lobby facilities were recently remodeled and looked very nice. Desk staff was very nice. Breakfast was small but efficient. Cons: -The internet went out during a storm earlier in the day but never came back up. Had to use my phone's hotspot to run my streaming device for my kids. -An AC vent cover was missing in the bathroom so all of the cold air was blowing directly into the bathroom and not throughout the unit. We checked in around 4pm, I put in a ticket for the vent at the front desk and requested more pillows and blankets around 6pm, and we left for dinner. Got back to the room at 8:30pm and we had more pillows and blankets but the vent was not fixed and the room was warm. I had to put a folded towel into the vent opening to block the air and allow it to cool the rest of the room. -The frames that the beds were on were so, so loud. Every movement on the bed made a metallic banging noise.

Rooms was huge , however not clean good n tub very dirty an floors, no iron had to plunge toilet twice an although its apparent they remodeling its not being done with detail. Could be a wonderful place but i doubt it will ever be due to attention of detail

I would not stay or recommend this location in the future.
