Hotel is currently under renovation. This was not noted on the Hilton Honors reservation site. Guest check in was super! Caleb was professional and helpful. We had a newly renovated room on the 3rd Floor. New furnishings and bed linens are new, wonderful! However, construction plastic covering window with scaffolding outside. Pool and Fitness Center closed. Breakfast was less than mediocre. No local or national TV networks available (supposedly a Spectrum issue but none the less disappointing). Check out was lack luster. Asked about 100% Hampton Guarantee and received a less than expected response.
