We stayed here for one night as guests of Renault and had a very pleasant and peaceful stay. Staff were very friendly and although our room was small, it was still very comfortable. There is a small bar area in reception which is welcoming. The lift is tiny but ok for two without much luggage. At busy times it is easier to use the stairs. When it comes to breakfast, this hotel has a better selection and choice than some more expensive establishments. We were really impressed. There is a car park outside and the hotel appears to be in a central location. Well worth staying here if in the area!

A good central location with parking and friendly staff. Two reservations. First the double room was very small indeed, with no a/c and the conversion had left low ceilings and small windows. We were much too hot. Second the breakfast was only adequate. We weren’t late, but there was very little cooked food left, little fruit (which was over ripe) and nobody around to ask for more or to top up the platters. That was very disappointing and such food as there was left represented poor value and a poor start to a long days travelling.

Unfortunately, my shower did not work. Despite a complaint and an announcement that it would be repaired, it was not. As there was a bathtub, I could still wash myself.

Malgré la gentillesse du personnel, séjour plus que moyen. Chambres minuscules, trop peu d’espace. Salle de bains pas plus grande non plus… Porte de la chambre ayant du mal à ouvrir / fermer Problème d’évacuation des eaux usées (wc) Seul point positif, literie confortable Prix excessif, vu le peu d’hôtel à Douai, ils en profitent
