Bien situé, chambre + salle de bain (douche) nickel! Tv avec canal+, seul petit bémol : wifi un peu lente..
Mais, hôtel plutôt sympa donc je recommande fortement 👍🏼😉

Aardige ontvangst. Nette en schone kamer. Ik raad dit hotel iedereen aan. Ontbijt keurig. Ook het barretje is leuk en qua prijs netjes. Het enige minpunt is het kussen daar mag echt wat meer aandacht aan worden besteed. Verse jus en croissantjes pluspunt.

C'est toujours un plaisir de venir dans cet établissement ! A l'accueil Aline et Malika sont toujours disponibles et sympathiques. La déco des chambres est moderne, très bonne literie, propres, places pour se garer. Le restaurant est orchestrer par le chef Thomas qui utilise que des produits frais de la région et de saison, belles saveurs. La carte est variée pour tous les goûts. L'équipe du restaurant (jeunes) et petit déjeuner est dynamique et professionnelle.

L'Hotel est bien situé a proximité de ***ant expo. Grand parking sécurisé, Très bon accueil, personnel avenant, chambre très calme, grande, confortable et propre. Le petit déjeuner était excellent, bien garni. Le rapport qualité/prix de cette nuit est donc très positif, je ne suis pas sur que vous trouviez mieux sur Douai...........

Ok pour une pension pour chien, mais pas un hôtel ! Une nuit sur deux, nous avons du gérer les aboiements de chiens ! L’hôtel accepte les chien, les clients laissent les chiens dans les chambres et s’en vont pour leur soirée et la journée !! Donc il faut aller se plaindre à chaque fois à la réception, insister pour trouver les clients, une fois à 2h du matin, une autre fois à 22h ! Et durant le jour, les pauvres chien restent seuls dans 4m2!! De plus l’hôtel a été rénové, mais depuis tout se délabre, sans entretien. Impossible de joindre la réception, le téléphone est cassé, impossible d’avoir la lumière sur le miroir, il est cassé ! Les moquettes sont récentes mais tachées. Etc…. Heureusement le personnel est gentil, mais la direction devrait faire quelque chose. On ira ailleurs l’année prochaine.

Hôtel complètement rénové avec des chambres très agréables et joliment décorées, idem pour la salle à manger et le salon bar. Un accueil exceptionnel du personnel : gentillesse, sourire, écoute et disponibilité. Et une cuisine exceptionnelle ! Un cuisinier hors pair digne d’un restaurant une étoile ! Je vous conseille son riz de veau !! Bravo à toute l’équipe 💪😁

Grand parking, accueil sympa, chambre confortable et très propre, salle de restaurant très agréable, bon dîner, bon petit déjeuner avec expresso de qualité. Personnel souriant et avenant. Une étape réussie. Je reviendrai avec plaisir.

The staff were so, so kind and helpful with our little baby. They managed to find a bottle heater and took care of sterilizing the bottles. Good breakfast with everything you need and then some. The room was spacious, clean and the bathroom is huuuge. Spacious and enclosed parking lot, monitored 24/7. The hotel is a 6 minutes drive away from an exceptional archeological park (for kids and adults alike) and a planetarium.
