In January 2023 my flight out of Cameroon was delayed and i was put up at Adamaoua Grand Hotel by the airline. Great room and even better service from all the staff. When i came back in January ‘24 there was only one place i was going to stay and they didn’t disappoint.

Four of our colleagues have visited Douala. While having phone conversation they said each room will cost 40000 CFA. While we came for check in they expressed it will be 50000 CFA per room. As we are not couples. Water supply in the washroom was absent. We couldn’t take shower before leaving. The room condition was appreciatable.

The room condition was ok but water wasn’t available in the morning and we need to call them several times for that. Besides the room key did not work many a times. Laundry service and rooftop party place available. They also provide taxi service if required.

Amazing hotel. Very clean and smells good. Room was very clean and spacious.Each and every staff member were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend. Would like to return again.

They need to improve the breakfast by offering more variety. Also, staff in the restaurant requires training on client satisfaction.

A really great hotel, excellent value, quiet, clean, comfy and a welcome space to relax and escape the bustle of Doula; good food too. A little out of the way but very well placed for the airport. I’m happy to commend it. And very friendly staff too.
