completely lose hope! Seriously stepped on the pit, the hotel is too old, the level of refurbishment is the domestic three-star standard, seriously not up to the domestic level, it may be that the location is in a wealthy area, the so-called Shuangwan, you will be even more disappointed after going to the beach! Dirty again! The water in the rooftop swimming pool is up to your knees, can you swim? If there are two more people, it won't be able to squeeze! Next to the construction site!

Walking into the intercontinental double bay hotel we were greeted by incredibly friendly and professional staff members. The check in process was smooth and error free due to the lovely charlotte at front office! She was awesome and made our stay. Secondly the room was beautiful with serene veiws out onto the double bay waterfront. We then checked out and went up to the rooftop bar, we were left in awe after being presented with impeccable hospitality from Miguel the bartender. He was personable, funny and presented himself to a high five star standard. We then had an amazing interaction with Elisa the manager on duty she was polite informative and made sure our stay was everything we hoped for it to be. Thank you double bay team !

Very run down and dated rooms. The couch is so old and just gross. The carpet is dirty. No kettle. For the price you pay it’s really not worth it. We cancelled the rest of our stay because it was unpleasant to be there. Don’t go there if you have a family. Breakfast was amazing though.

Spent 9 nights in this lovely hotel in March. While the hotel was wonderful, the staff was even better. Wish I could remember all of their names. First was Vanessa Lenihan who warmly greeted us at the hotel entrance and guided us with good directions and great ideas! Very friendly and hospitable. Next was AURORA a lovely young Italian woman, from Milan. She took great care of us everyday at breakfast. So friendly and helpful. I hope the hotel will foster her future. She is a real asset. See you next March!!!

What a beautiful hotel! A great alternative to staying in the CBD for a Sydney experience. Very impressive customer service and lovely, welcoming and personable staff. HIGHLY recommended.
