Love the front desk staff who always treat me like a friend when I travel here for business. They will go above and beyond for you during your stay and always have a smile and a "good morning". The woman who works the breakfast area works so hard and keeps it immaculate. Great place for a quiet business stay close to all that you need.

Stayed 3 nights. After the first 2 nights did not receive any housecleaning. Had to retrieve towels from front desk ourselves. Breakfast first morning the hot foods (egg omelettes, sausage, cinnamon rolls) were all overheated cause they tasted dry or even stuck to pans. 2 nd morning was better. How ironic that after 2 days of no housekeeping the morning we’re getting ready to leave they show up at 8:00!!?

I was given a room at the 1st level, and I could literally hear people talking and laughing in the lobby/dining area since 5 am. Made a call to the front desk regarding the issue, but nothing changed until an hour later when those people left or something. I stayed here because I had a meeting with a customer nearby, and I wanted to have some good sleep the night before. Obviously I couldn't.

I did not like it since I did a reservation for 2 queen beds and when our employees got there they said it was only for 1 king size and we showed our receipt but still they did not care

The room was clean. The common areas were not clean. The pool was filthy and the pool furniture was black mildew. Pretty obvious that the upkeep needs attention.
