This was my 4th stay at the Douglas Best Western. Modern standard hotel with good front desk service. I stayed three nights. The first night my assigned room had a very strong disinfectant odor. I tried to air it out to no avail. I switched rooms the next morning. My room faced the rear parking lot and was very quiet. The breakfast was good and plentiful as was the coffee. I would stay again.

Everything was good except the beds. The mattress was so hard I told my husband I felt like I was sleeping on the floor. We have stayed there many times in the past, and the beds were not as comfortable, but I don’t remember them being this hard.

For the amount of money that was spent, one would expect a better visit. The elevator was out, the ice machine wasn't working and the pool was closed. This was a busy weekend in town. The hotel should have been prepared.

Easy access to property location.Clean,quiet and safe .Walkable to nearby restaurant's and shopping centers.Convenient enough to drive into Agua Prieta,Sonora, México for additional shopping.

Housekeeping came into our room unannounced and early in the morning when we had our privacy sign up. And they did it twice! Messed up our who stay be usse we wanted to sleep in.
