Clean and comfortable hotel. The owners were very nice and helpful. Nicely decorated and a nice fireplace in the lobby/sitting area. We would definitely stay here again.

Not luxurious or anything, but the room was very clean and the folks who run the place were friendly and helpful. A really good budget-friendly option for the area, which can be pricey! Only complaint is that the pool area was a bit outdated and the hot tub not as hot as we like 'em, but still more than functional.

I have never in my life written a review, but I felt this deserved one. Do not stay here. I booked a room for my daughter's 10th birthday with the promise that she could have guests. Within an hour of booking my reservation I was told by the front desk that I could not have any guests. So I cancelled immediately. My money was never refunded. Not even the amount with their policy of the cancellation fee. I've tried calling over and over and keep getting the run around. I still have not received my refund.

This is a fantastic hotel we went at the end of February and the hotel was super clean hot water for the whirlpool. Bed was soft. Breakfast was above average. Enjoyed fresh fruit and waffle and yogurt. Cereal for the kids. Definitely would recommend this hotel. I’ve stayed at over 30 rooms all over the Midwest and this one was the best so far!! Clean polite relaxing nothing wrong love the pool and hot tub too.

We’ve stayed at AmericInn’s in Minnesota and Wisconsin and now Michigan. Always clean, quiet and reasonably priced.

Room was very comfortable. The only negative was the provided breakfast was not remarkable; it was adequate although the waffle maker had not been activated by the time we arrived an hour after the posted starting time so had to wait until it was warmed up.
