First time saying at a double tree and never again. Front desk wasn't very helpful. Room was dirty and dusty, tv wasn't working, and when you shower water was up to your ankles by the time you were done. No refrigerator or microwave in the room so couldn't even keep my water cold. When I booked the room I paid extra for breakfast and when it was time to have breakfast they wanted to change me again. Paid twice the amount for parking. Nerve again would I go back..

We stopped at the front desk after arriving in Omaha earlier than check in time to see if we could check in. Mylika was there to greet us and we knew immediately we were in good hands! She was professional, kind and caring! She secured us rooms, gave us information about parking, restaurants in the area, shuttle as well as other hotel amenities! She was the “first encounter” we always hope for. She is a keeper for sure!!!

3 of 5 elevators where out. My 85 year old parents waited a long time for elevators. They took the stairs one time down because they waited for an empty elevator for 35 minutes. I carried suitcases up 5 flight because of elevator waiting time.

Great experience at the doubletree. Mackenzie at the front desk is amazing. She helped me check in sooner and found me a room in a great location and less expensive. Thank you for taking the time to help!! My room was very clean, spacious and relaxing.

The hotel itself is exactly as expected. Beds and bedding are super comfy. But I really want to particularly shout out Mylika who was incredible at the front desk. She’s clearly a rock star and went way above and beyond during my visit. The Hilton is very lucky to have her! Also really appreciate the Starbucks in the lobby and want to shout out the workers there as incredible as well!

We ended a long day of driving at your front desk. Mylika made our day better in every way. I was alone with my handicapped father and she was kind and helpful in my stressful situation! Thank you especially to Mylika and your entire team for the warm cookies, lounge and dinning area. We will definitely be back when on this road trip again!

Mylika! If you need anything at all remember that name. She was there when we checked in and the next morning when we checked out. I needed assistance at least 5 times from extra items to recommendations. She was not only helpful but super friendly with a great attitude. Our room was basic, clean, and a nice view from the 18th floor. The location is perfect walking distance to the market and other places to eat and hang out. Breakfast was great too. 5/5 recommend.

We had reserved the 3 room king suite We called the night before to e sure they had the correct rooms booked - we found out they did not even though we had the email confirmation. We were going for our daughter’s softball tournament and this was the hotel they had all chosen. When we got there all they had available was the queen suite. The queen suite was more like a full size bed with a hide a bed which is not what we paid for or asked for On the second day of our stay I was informed we were supposed to have been given breakfast vouchers as part of our groups stay but we were not since we had checked in on line. I had already paid for breakfast that day so I was just out the money. The floors and carpets were crunchy and just over all gross. The front lobby area was very nice and the people were all very nice. It was disappointing to see they only have a 4ft pool and no hot tub. During our stay several cars were broken into as well. Food was very bland but again very nice staff
