Ctrip marked it wrong. The airport bus I chose had this hotel. If I contacted the hotel by phone, there was no airport bus at all. The room is average, not big, and the breakfast is average. You have to tell the front desk in advance to clean the room, otherwise the hotel will not be cleaned in the afternoon. The hotel Generally speaking.

While the hotel itself is nice and the staff was mostly friendly and helpful - I do not appreciate a website that says a restaurant and lounge are on premises when they are in fact closed. I do not appreciate being told restaurants are within walking distance, when really they aren’t. I do not appreciate a slippery bathtub with no bath mat or bars to hold on to. It is for these reasons and these reasons alone I rated it only two stars. The overall comfort was fine and the cleanliness was good. Though the outside of the hotel felt dated to me, the inside was fine.

We’ve stayed in this hotel before this time was different the restaurant was closed which was very inconvenient we were here for 6 days the place was like a ghost town very few guest the cold breakfast was mediocre at best the hall ways were very dinghy looking the room was great and comfortable with limited housekeeping not quite sure what’s happening here we probably won’t be back it’s sad to see a once great place look so dismal

The hotel staff was very kind and welcoming. This was convenient to Creighton. The room did not appear to have been thoroughly cleaned but rather picked up.
