It was a serious mess, the sheets were torn and dirty, there was no internet, and the street was so noisy that I had no sleep all night, hell!

The location is good.
However, there is not much available equipments in the room for usage, e.g., the lamps are far away for plug ins to get it work.
Also, there is no breakfast but only some snacks.

Drove 13 hours, confirmed cats were allowed. Got there manager told us no than charged 20$ extra for them to stay in cat carriers. 4 am toliet flooded no help until 30 min later. 0/10

The shower had no hot water! I was in 203, he then tried to call people who had reservations and move me to 205 but I had to wait 1.5 hrs before he could try. I was exhausted and had to stay awake after a 12hr drive, the second room also had the same issue. The gentleman tried but it seems to be a property issue. I opted not to move but was unable to shower in cold water. Would not stay again!
Office is also dark and locked by 5pm and was not open when I left at 10am still. Very hands off and unable to accommodate easily. Room was updated and clean just no hot water at all.

The property is a motel; I had thought I was booking a hotel. The reason I booked this establishment was because I was wanting a restful, peaceful night, but that didn’t happen as the road next to the business is as busy as the freeway all night.
One thing, I absolutely must complain about is the lack of security once in the room: they had removed the door latch from the top of the door, and the only “security” system was the deadbolt that my 3 year old found interesting enough to play with…we slept with a chair in front of the door incase she had wanted to “play” with it while we were sleeping. The mattresses were soft…too soft. They kept the Wi-Fi password “under lock and key” which you had to call the front desk for… we opted to use data. Nothing against this business, but we expected more for the price we paid and we won’t be back.

Most disgusting room. Furniture wasn’t fit for Goodwill. Will be demanding a refund. $200 for this room was an obscenity.
