The Staff was very welcoming especially the lady at the reception during the evening. Very helpful and polite.

住了4晚，因為包了早餐，早餐都是英式早餐的食物，雖然沒有很多款式，但味道不錯，而且有提供水果，一家人都很滿意。

The hotel is extremely good value for the money-have recently stayed with direct competitors (Island Escapes , guest houses and Airbnb) and The Empress Hotel was the best by far. Well done. Staff work hard-rooms modern and fresh- clean and tidy throughout,-excellent breakfast with good choice. Will definitely stay when I return to Island in the near future.
