The front desk associate was rude and very unhelpful. We asked if we could upgrade to a bigger room and he said because its s third party he couldn't make changes. As I've stayed in this hotel so many times I know that was him not wanting to help and when I asked for a manager he said he was the evening manager. As this is a corporate visit I will make sure this is not our hotel of choice.

The location was just perfect, we was in the center of EVERYTHING we needed . The stay itself was comfortable. A very quiet area… the staff was very friendly and welcoming.. we will definitely stay again..

Was in town for the Peach Bowl to be played in Atlanta. Got a room for Friday & Saturday nights and was impressed with all aspects of this hotel. Had been recently updated, comfortable beds, nice clean bathrooms. Clean rooms with fridge and microwave. And had a complimentary breakfast. If in the area again then I will stay here again.

The hotel was clean and staff very friendly, we've stayed at his hotel numerous times when visiting family in the area. But upon returning to the hotel at 8:30 at night a group of adult males were loitering in the parking lot and surrounded my car while trying to park. When they realized I was not alone in the car they ran up the hill next to the hotel. The experience made me feel extremely uncomfortable and very unsafe. This will definitely impact my decision to stay at this hotel on future visits to the area.
