The worst ever! Phone doesn't work, tv doesn't work, guest computer and printer doesn't work, floor tiles coming off in bathroom (no grout) and for the first time in decades, no coffeemaker in room. But all that could be forgiven or explained away but when I asked the front desk clerk to talk to the supervisor, she said the supervisor wasn't available. I asked to talk to the manager and she called the manager but wouldn't let me talk to her and told me that the manager does not speak to guests about complaints. Therefore there was absolutely nothing that could be done until the next day when someone else was on duty. I asked to see the business license which was on the wall and is required by law to be displayed, and she indeed showed it to me but then told me that the person listed as owner is actually no longer the owner. So I asked who the new owner was and after calling the manager she told me that the manager said that she was not allowed to tell me the new owner's name. Absolutely unbelievable! I'll be calling not only the local business license office but also the health department for the violations that we have seen. To top it off, I was told, when the supervisor finally responded, that this is a corporate owned location. I find that extremely hard to believe but I will be checking.
