Booked a single room, and it was nicer than I expected! The bathroom is very clean. I used the spa facility briefly. The staff were very helpful in getting me towels, bathrobes and slippers. Various fast food restaurants available 10 minutes walk away Dovercliff entrance is around 25 minute walk away.

The location is close to the Dover ferry. If you drive to France, here is direct access to Calais and Dunkirk. The hotel is by the sea, has its own free parking lot and is monitored. If you like the sea view, it is recommended to talk to the front desk when you check in. The hotel is not a very busy type and generally has rooms. Room sanitary facilities are ok, and the room next to the sea has a sofa bed enough to sleep an adult. There is a restaurant on the first floor, and there is steak western food. It is not very close to Dover city area on foot, it is about 1km. It is OK to walk along the coast in good weather. Just eat provides food delivery. Please note that it is best not to choose New ChinaTown.

Great guesthouse to stay, Hayley and Deborah were absolutely lovely and super accommodating when we asked to drop off our luggage before check in time. The room was comfy and really lovely, with an ensuite which is what we were looking for. The house is really well maintained and looked after, great location and lovely staff. Breakfast was absolutely delicious and amazing portions too. Would have been nice to know in advance that there were going to be so many stairs to go up/down (we were in the top level - 2nd), but we managed without any issues at all. Can’t beat their prices, book directly with them to get the best rates. Don’t hesitate and book this B&B for your stay!

This is an old couple who runs a hotel located on the hill. They are very kind and treat people very well, especially the breakfast, which is great. Looking at the scenery outside the window, they are enjoying an authentic English breakfast and black tea. . Very good choice in this small town, I will definitely come again next time!
