Microtel Inn & Suites by Wyndham Dover

Let me preface this to say,I have stayed many times over the last year, the owner Max is very nice and amenable to any request to make your stay more comfortable. As a Wyndham Rewards Platinum Member you receive two hour early arrival and late departure and upgraded room. I tend to book telephonically, as then the reservation specialist can notify the hotel of the Platinum status and your stay is not interrupted at the usual and customary check out time. Well, today I was so disappointed that I was first interrupted by the nice maid (it wasn't her fault) and then two more phone calls, the last one explicitly stating, "you have to get out of the room now!" I called Wyndham about the above interactions, I was told by an agent that she agreed I was treated very disrespectfully and she would like to offer a free stay and or points. Further, she would have to check with her manager and call me back in thirty minutes, the call never came.

Check-in was easy and front desk staff was very nice - friendly, professional, and welcoming. The room was clean, the bathroom was spotless, and there were plenty of towels. Breakfast was good, housekeeping staff was quite courteous and accommodating, and check-out could not have been simpler. I'd definitely stay again, and I will be recommending it to friends/family.

I was specifically searching for a room with a jacuzzi tub, the picture of the room had the jacuzzi tub. After arriving, no jacuzzi tub

Room was well cleaned ,staff were all very nice and helpful ,breakfast wasn't the best not the worst I ever had at a hotel .

It was a last minute stay due to a snow storm. Staff were friendly and helpful. The bed was comfortable and room was clean!

Clean room, lots of space, friendly staff and handy amenities (e. g. coffee maker in room). Also pleased that the parking lot was cleared so fast after the snowfall.

My wife and I thought that the room was very nice. It had the expected amenities and the room was clean and well kept. I did have a little trouble controlling the television remote (adjusting volume esp.), but was able to switch between channels. To help with the volume issue, I was able to adjust the volume up but couldn't adjust the volume down. The shower was great with plenty of hot water and good pressure! Room was very comfortable.
