My wife and I were told when we checked into the hotel that the promotional page for the room we had booked was created by AI, which is a clear violation of consumer rights. The hotel had no windows that could be opened which was depressing. The hotel did not provide slippers and laundry bags at the very beginning and when we asked them to provide them we were told that there was only one pair of slippers and one laundry bag in the entire hotel's inventory, which is definitely ridiculous. The whole room's was clean except for the fingerprints on the spoons next to the cups and the spoons were also sticky to touch.There are stains on the floor as well.

Very clean room with massive TV. Good service at front of house and a decent complementary breakfast. What more can you ask for?

在英國玩了半個月左右，這家酒店是行程中性價比最高的！注意，是性價比！這個價格能有這樣面積的房間、還有早餐，服務也很好，真的很超值。我現在已經回到倫敦了，房間小的行李都沒地方放，價格是這家歡朋的一倍！
酒店位置很好，真的去哪裡都方便，到坎特伯雷大教堂真的很近很好很方便。
早餐每天都一樣，花樣也不多，但是味道還可以的，也衞生，不錯的。
對了，這家酒店有真正的無障礙房，考慮到坐輪椅的人、失聰人羣的需要，非常人性化，讓人很温暖！
