Misleading photos- run down and smells of smoke and other burned substances. Reception agent possibly under the influence while checking in (smoking in parking lot). Appears to have permanent resident in the hotel (housing). Not recommended - ever

Where to begin… The bed was hard yet had a divot in the middle. The box spring was frayed, the room smelled of cigarette smoke covered over with some fruity smelling spray, the towels were barely paper thin, the sink faucet was corroded, the ceiling fan was half detached from the ceiling, there was a hole in the bathroom ceiling that was stuffed with toilet paper, the shower drain was corroded and the plastic shower surround had mold at the seams. We only stayed because we were there for the car race and there were no other hotels nearby with available rooms. And the price for a night was unconscionably high.

This was the worst hotel we ever stayed in. We did not have hot water for three days. Wednesday morning when I got up to shower and prepare for my dialysis treatment there was no water. The water had been completely shut off which is not good for keeping the access area clean. Upon returning we were told the hot water heater was being repaired and would be on in the early evening. That did not Upon our return later that night. Needless to say that did not happen. I will never stay there again and don't recommend others to stay. The hotel needs a complete renovation and a owner who cares about the condition people are staying in and not just money.

The room was dirty. There was urine all over the toilet and the tub and toilet were not clean. The front desk person was talking and yelling at himself

We got in last night at 1am, after calling around 10:30pm to tell them we were going to be late. No answer, rolled over to main best western number. Told them and they were going to pass on message. Got there at 1am, no one at front desk. Waited about 5-10 min, called hotel number again, rolled over again. So pissed and cranky and tired by now. Was contemplating finding another hotel but by then, at 1:30am, lady stroll on in. She had “stepped away”, really, for a 24 hour desk. Was tired so figure I’d deal with it in the morning. Got to room, not cleaned too well but bed was ok. Room smelled smoky when I reserved non smoking. It’s 2am now and I just crashed. Now to deal with these issues in the morning. Not a great experience by a looooong shot. Sorry for the long story 😜
