Room was clean, bed very comfortable. Disappointing lack of water pressure in the shower.
Breakfast area was clean but food only mediocre. Eggs were tasteless, oa**eal watery. On the other hand, the lady serving was lovely.

First time staying at a Marriott hotel. Room was lovely and beds were super comfortable and restaurants were within walking distance. Breakfast was great, too. Loved everything about this hotel!

"Hot" breakfast "buffet" did not match photos online - no hot food, no waffle makers, no soda machine - just truck-stop quality pre-made, wrapped, microwaveable junk. Unfinished wall repairs in our room; mold and mildew in the ice bucket; called twice for non-feather pillows that never came to the room.

Excellent stay all around 10/10. The front staff are friendly and courteous providing an easy checkin experience. The room is spacious, well-lit, and very clean. This will now be our go-to place to stay when in the Dover, DE area. All other facilities in this area would do themselves well to see how to run a top notch hotel.
