Holiday Inn Express & Suites DOVER by IHG

Vincent was excellent at the front desk at check in. Hotel is clean, our room was on the first floor very spacious with vaulted ceiling, fridge and microwave. Has plent of parking and EV charging stations. Breakfast is standard pancakes, eggs, bacon, fruit, juice, coffee. Surrounding area has every food and beverage place you could ask for. Starbucks,Dunkin,McDonald's, Canes, Wawa and restaurants like outback, applebees, Bob Evans etc.

nice hotel and friendly staff,close parking fills up fast but there is parking just have to walk alittle father but its not a big deal.

Everything was perfect. Clean spacious room welcoming kind staff, great amenities. Thank you for caring about your guest, and making us feel comfortable home away from home. I am already planning for next stay.

The staff is always so thoughtful and kind ,,,, this pass weekend one of the front desk clerk allowed me to change my room from the 5th floor to the 1st floor due to my phobia of getting on the elevator by myself ,,,,, I would often take the stairs but I had a few bags to carry so thank you everyone from the front desk , Hsk, and the kitchen Thank you so much😘

Everything was great except for a stink odor coming from the toilet.

The rooms are comfortable but the highlight was the breakfast. There were several hot entrees and the woman working the buffet made sure everything was warm and delicious and was quick to greet each guest and be sure they found what they needed.

Though the security seemed to be present with asking client who will be the room, the security was lost. I was approached from someone in the hall about spare money. Didn't feel safe.
