Very friendly staff. So wonderful to have a hotel that will welcome my puppy. Next time we will request a lower level room. She wanted to go out every hour :)

The location of this hotel is convenient to most of Dover. Overall the hotel is average I would say. Not the best Hampton Inn I’ve stayed in. I checked in later and my room had absolutely zero hot water. Since I was freezing out, I had to wait until the morning. I’m sure there was a good explanation for that happening, but needed to sleep. Seemed like a safe area. Staff was friendly.

Our stay at Hampton was very pleasant. Ms. Kaneise and Mr. Henry are Simply the Best!!
They made our stay comfortable and very relaxing. In doing so, they demonstrated excellence, compassion, kindness and friendliness. Kudos to your Front Desk, Breakfast staff and both of them.

Surprised that there any hot egg dishes at breakfast. And felt like the hotel was showing its age.
