The room is clean and tidy, and the bath water is very comfortable. The service attitude is very good, the breakfast is quite rich, and the egg rolls are especially delicious. The parking lot is free, which is especially suitable for self-driving tourists.

Staff not professional, laughed at my complaints as I walked away. No solutions till I pressed them hard. Renovation, general up keep not good. No hot breakfast. Not even fresh doughnuts. Old frozen stuff for toaster oven. Coffee very weak No ice - Did not connect rooms as promised a month ago.

The remodel of this hotel somehow made it worse. Sure it was a little outdated but always seemed clean. Not anymore! It feels like this was the cheapest remodel possible. New Carpet had stains, the fake hardwood floor was dirty with multiple black dirt spots, the shower had a nonstop leak when turned off, finally the room had a weird smell. I know there are not a lot of hotels in Wauseon but I will not stay here the next time I am in town.

The staff was very friendly. Rooms were nice and a big bathroom which was nice. Pool was nice as well.

The hotel was still in renovation work. The room was renovated and was comfortable and clean. Checkin warned us of things not avail due to the renovation. Breakfast was great with large selection of cold and hot food.

The staff here was great. The gal that checked us in went out of her way to get us a coffee maker and coffee pods. Breakfast was quite good with biscuits and gravy and other hot protein options. There is still a bit of work to do but renovation is just about complete. There seems to be a trend where nicer hotels are removing the coffee makers from the rooms.
