I booked the motel because I saw many positive reviews here. However, my personal experience is not good. The room we got wasn't cleaned properly (used towels scattered on the vanity, dirty stuff in the sink and bathroom tub, stained bed sheet). So we requested to change a room. The 2nd one is better, at least it's clean. The front desk seems had taken some drugs before he went to work. Checking in process took about 30 minutes even we are the only ones there. The motel needs a renovation for sure, the inside just looks too old. It has free parking and wifi, no breakfast. But the wifi keeps disconnecting (maybe they limited how many coccurrent users can connect. You need to constantly re-connect to use internet). Maybe I'm expecting too much for a motel. But out of the 5 hotels we stayed during our 9 days trip, this one is the worst one.

The hotel room is big and clean The breakfast is average, but it is too far away from Hollywood and there is a traffic jam. It takes two hours to drive back and forth every day

The breakfast is delicious. All the things are exquisite and beautiful. I can see that the boss is very attentive and the room is very clean. Even the bottom of the bed is not dusty. Nice room , clean hotel , elevator can be very slow at times , shower leaked onto the floor , but the staff was excellent , overall great hotel , we would definitely stay again

At first, I was worried about safety, but it was quite safe. There was a convenience store at the 24h gas station opposite. Generally speaking, the security was OK. Because it is close to the outlets, it is more convenient ~

Unfortunately due to a serious problem with the staff of hotel I am forced to give a very negative review for this hotel, even though the location and comfort were OK. 1. When I booked a hotel I was information that breakfast is included in the price. When we arrived the hotel staff informed that due to Covid 19 the hotel does not serve the breakfast. This surprised us because the bars and restaurants around are working normally. But Ok. Nevertheless why then did they charge us the full price for the stay + breakfast? 2. The second issue is more serious. During check-in they took (in the reception) a deposit of 50$ (without any receipt) from us and informed that it will be returned the next day upon check-out. The next day we checked-out early in the morning and the lady on reception informed that she has no 50$ in cash and that they will return us money via the Visa card we had made the payment for the stay. I agreed because I believed that people are keeping their promises. Unfortunately to this today (18 days) the hotel has not returned our deposit, without any explanation why. I sent 3 emails (via Booking.com) to the hotel asking them to clarify the situation but I did not receive any answer! They just ignore us. I have been booking hotels via Booking.com for many years and such a situation never happened before at any other hotel in the world. I decided to cancel my next stay at this hotel (already booked) because of this situation. All of this is the reason why I do not recommend this hotel to anyone. If you decide to stay in it ask a refund of your deposit immediately upon check-out.
