This stay was an excellent experience. The room was clean and comfortable, with all the necessary facilities. The staff was warm and friendly, and the service was thoughtful. Both check-in and check-out were very efficient. The food was rich and delicious, and the daily breakfast gave people full vitality. The location is also good, and it is convenient for travel. I highly recommend it!

Felt like waking in the corridor of the “finlandsfärja” back in the early 1990s. Outdated cold rooms. No schampoo in the showers.

A lovely stay here. Really liked my room, a great size with comfy chair, and really cosy feel. Great selection for Breakfast, and the staff were really friendly. Only a short walk from the train station too. I’d definitely stay here again.

The hotel has a small courtyard and an additional furnished terrace, where we were able to enjoy our coffee in the sun. Our room (228) was spacious but very dark. Breakfast was fine, but since the hotel was fully booked with several groups, the atmosphere was rather hectic. The hardworking staff could barely keep up with clearing tables and replenishing the buffet. The included dinner also suffered from the large number of guests. Overall, the staff was very friendly and helpful.

The room we were in had problems with the lock not locking correctly. The staff were always quick to try to help, but it wasn't ideal that we were never 100% certain our valuables were safe. (I hope this was just an isolated issue that affected only our room and that it has since been repaired.) The hotel itself was nice, and the staff were friendly. The location is fairly central, with the train station just a short walk away.

Down graded
I was surprised that on check in I was informed they had down graded me from the room i'd booked, but no refund of the difference, only an offer of 1 beer.
The room itself was ok but very noisy due to the construction site right outside the window.
