The hotel is ok. - but as a business traveler you cannot make a booking via the portal as you will not receive an invoice.
It is pointed out that the company is based in Singapore and therefore cannot write a tax-correct invoice.
The hotel also does not write an invoice because the contract was concluded with the booking portal. So if you need an invoice - stay away!
