Freundliches Personal und Management. Feines Frühstück mit dunklem Brot, Käse, Müsli und allem was es braucht. Preiswertes tolles Hotel. Sehr zu empfehlen. Wir buchen erneut, wenn wir wieder in Frankfurt sein werden. Es ist zwar etwa 15 km südlich von Frankfurt, kostet aber 4x weniger als die überteuerten Hotels in der Stadt anlässlich einer Messe.

Wir haben hier für die Übernachtung in der Nähe vom FRA Flughafen gebucht. Das Zimmer und Bade waren ok, sauber. Man kann mit dem Preis nicht beschweren. Die Situation beim Parken und das Service bei der Rezeption waren aber schlecht. Wir wurden informiert, dass die Rezeption bis 20 Uhr besetzt ist, sehe Foto. Und wir haben geplant, dass wir ca. 19 Uhr sollten. Am Anreisetag Gegen 18 Uhr hat die Rezeption uns geschrieben, dass er um18:30 Uhr gehen mussten !!!!! Wir waren um 18:20 Uhr da. Es gab keinen Parkplatz für uns. Die Rezeption war nicht so freiwillig zu helfen. Er wollte nur schnell schnell Check-in fertig machen und abhauen. Das Hotel hat nur einen kleinen Parkhof für 6 Auto, sehr eng, sehe Fotos. Wir haben dann an zwei Straßen weiter vom Hotel einen Parkplatz selbe gefunden. Das Hotel hat unsere Wunsch für Eine Übernachtung vor dem Abflug nicht bestanden!

Das Hotel ist zweckmäßig und funktional eingerichtet, perfekt für Übernachtungen während eines Städtetrips oder Vorübernachtung vor Flugreise. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut, ich habe mich gefreut, dass selbst ein Haarfön vorhanden war. Matratze und Kissen waren neu und sehr angenehm. Besonders erwähnenswert: die Freundlichkeit des Personals. Unglaublich nett und zuvorkommend und sehr serviceorientiert.

Die Zimmer sind grundsätzlich ganz nett eingerichtet - aber bedürfen einer Grundreinigung, das Bad ebenfalls sowie teilweise neuer Farbe und etwas liebe! Leider wird das Hotel ohne viel Engagement geführt was sich beim sehr einfachen Frühstück und Service zeigt.
