FINGER WEG! Kürzlich habe ich in dieser Unterkunft über das Portal HRS via App ein Doppelzimmer zur Einzelnutzung für eine Nacht gebucht. Während des gesamten Buchungsvorgangs und auch in der Buchungsbestätigung war nirgendwo die Rede davon, dass man nur mit Mitgliedschaft im DJH hier übernachten kann. Erst nach telefonischer Nachfrage kam heraus, dass eine Mitgliedschaft zum Preis von € 25 pro Jahr abzuschließen wäre, um dort übernachten zu können. Für meine Begriffe ein klarer Verstoß gegen die Preisangabenverordnung. Die Krönung dann kurz darauf: Das Jugendgästehaus versuchte, meine rechtsverbindliche Buchung stornieren zu lassen und machte dabei bei HRS anscheinend geltend, dass eine Übernachtung für Einzelpersonen in ihrer Herberge angeblich nicht möglich wäre. Für eine Jugendherberge gleichermaßen dreist wie grotesk – grob unseriöses Geschäftsgebaren! Ich werde nun schauen, das Jugendgästehaus durch die Verbraucherzentrale oder einen örtlichen Mitbewerber kostenpflichtig abmahnen zu lassen.

Me sorprendió la calidad del alojamiento y del desayuno. Como se trata de un lugar sin estrellas, no me había hecho de ninguna expectativa, pero realmente es un muy buen lugar para alojar. En primer lugar, es muy limpio, el desayuno es muy completo y la habitación tiene las comodidades que se requieren. Además, está ubicado en el centro. La wifi en la habitación era un poco débil.
