The cleaning crew wanted to come into my room early in the morning and wanted to open the door which woke me up and scarred me.
The room is very big and the TV is vast. However the bathroom compared to the room is very small. The bed was ok but the linen and the duvet cover were not fully tucked in and the polo did not fit the pillowcase. The staff was very nice and overall the hotel was good

The electronic key card for my room did not work properly, I had to go up to the 3rd floor and go down with my luggage and then go up again. But that's not all, the same thing happened the next day when I couldn't get into the room after breakfast! If the card does not work, it must be replaced!
One of the lights in the bathroom was not working and was damaged, and the door handle to the bathroom was poorly attached.
When I tried to drink tea in the lobby in the evening, it turned out that the kettle had already been taken out(?) and the person on duty did not offer to return it.
After all, there are too many "minor" flaws for such a hotel, as well as for any.
Breakfast, cleanliness, silence were at an excellent level.

An der Sauberkeit muss gearbeitet werden. Ich musste das ursprüngliche Zimmer auf Grund von Schimmelbefall im Bad wechseln. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hat mir sehr zuvorkommend mit dem Problem geholfen. Die Einrichtung war der Zimmer war toll. Die Schallisolierung der Fenster ist gut, leider fehlt diese bei den Zimmertüren. Man hört wenn etwas auf dem Flur passiert.

Wir haben kostenlos ein Upgrade unseres Zimmers bekommen und haben uns in einem schönen, großen Hotelzimmer wiedergefunden.
Die Sauberkeit war auf den ersten Blick tadellos, als dann das Laken hochgerutscht ist, kamen einige Haare auf der Matratze zum Vorschein.
Service war sehr gut, der Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption hat uns freundlich empfangen und war immer für Fragen da.
Direkt vor dem Hotel ist eine Straßenbahn- und Bus-Haltestelle.
Es gab eine kostenlose Minibar, das fanden wir wirklich angenehm überraschend.
Das Frühstück haben wir an einem Morgen dazugebucht - es war wirklich sehr lecker und eine tolle Auswahl, aber ich finde 16,90€ p.P. doch sehr teuer, leider.
Insgesamt würden wir für diesen Preis wiederkommen.

Heel prettig hotel, in een rustige buurt op ca. 15 min. met de tram vanaf het centrum van Dresden. Wij hadden een zeer ruime kamer met een al even grote badkamer. Het grote bed was ontzettend comfortabel, heerlijk geslapen! De badkamer was licht en schoon; douchen in bad heeft niet onze voorkeur, maar in dit geval maakte de ruimte alles goed. Wat ons bijzonder opviel, was de vriendelijkheid en behulpzaamheid van het personeel. Stallen van de bagage op heen- en terugweg: geen probleem. Onze tijd ter overbrugging tot vertrek van onze nachttrein in de lounge verblijven: geen probleem. We kregen er zelfs koffie en thee aangeboden! Na een dag kregen we, zonder daarom te moeten vragen, schone handdoeken en was ons bed opgemaakt. Alle lof voor deze gastvrijheid! Het enige verbeterpuntje: de aankleding (kleurstelling) kan o.i. een update gebruiken. Maar dat is een persoonlijk detail.
