Nicht so toll ☹️. Die Dame antwortete bei Ankunft auf unsere Frage "Ist die Lounge auf der Karte freigeschaltet", "Ja". Fahrstuhl hoch, Lounge im 4. Stock gefunden ... Karte dagegen gehalten ... Zugang gesperrt. Wieder runter zur Rezeption, Karte wurde erst jetzt frei geschaltet, wieder hoch. Das muss doch nicht sein. Die Flure auf den Gängen sind sehr schlecht beschildert. Die Schrift auf allen Hinweisschildern ist sehr klein und aus der Distanz kaum zu lesen. Der Weg zum Fahrstuhl auf dem Flur ist schlecht ausgeschildert. Beim Blick aus der Zimmertür weiß ich nicht, wohin es zum Fahrstuhl geht. Das kann man besser machen. Der nächste Parkplatz/TG kostet 30,00 Euro/24h. 700 Meter weiter gibt es die TG der Semper-Oper, wurde uns erst auf Nachfrage mitgeteilt 👎, geht so nicht. Keine legitime Parkmöglichkeit vorm Hotel zum Be-/Entladen.

Die Zimmer sind einfach wunderbar ausgefallen. Hotel im absoluten Herzen der Altstadt mit eigener Tiefgarage (kostet allerings 30€/Nacht!) Frühstück umfangreich und tolle Bar sowie Spa 👍
