We had problems with our room, I went to the front desk and explained the problem. Virginia was very helpful, she accommodated my husband and I. As well as help me with ideas on where to go sightseeing. Because of Virginia I would gladly return as well as recommend Best western

Check in around midnight, but the first room that they gave me was not even done being clean. The comforters were piled up in the corner and not on the bed. They had to give me another room. The room had two bath towels, and when I went downstairs for a third, they said there were no more towels in the entire hotel. Never heard that before. It was Easter weekend so I don’t see how it could’ve been that busy. And when I asked about the parking lot security, the guy at the front desk just said the police are the ones that watch the parking lot. That can’t be true. Bed was comfortable. But also, the tub was clogged a little, so while taking a shower the water was filling up the tub. I got what i paid for. Wasn’t terrible, but wasn’t the best.

King size bed, great...but it was most likely an old frame/box spring because every time we moved it creaked. Lamp kept going on and off, we unplugged it. The receptacle was too close to the headboard so the lamp kept going off every time the bed moved. It was just an overnight so we didn't complain. Smoking is prohibited on the property but I thought our room had a stale odor and smelled like a smoker had previously stayed there. Breakfast 6:30-9:30 but checkout is 12. Breakfast should be available until 11, at least a continental breakfast, something to grab and go. Staff at front desk were very nice. Hotel was a good location for where we were going and the price was right. It was good enough for our purposes but wouldn't stay longer than overnight.

Upon entering the first room it looked newly remodeled...until I went into the bathroom. The tub was absolutely disgusting. It looked filthy but it was the peeling "porcelain" that made it look that way. I may have been recoated but it didn't work. I showed a picture to the desk clerk. She immediately upgraded me to suite at no extra charge. The elevator door doesn't open or close smoothly and the elevator floor didn't look like it had been cleaned in awhile.

First my air conditioning didn't work in my room. The engineer told me they would move me. Then called me to come get a room key. After standing there listening to the employees talk about other employees for 4 minutes they lallygagging along and give me another room key. I go back to the hot room, grab my bags and my spouse get in the elevator to go to a room where the door is opened, the bed is dirty and there are cups all over. I go downstairs to tell the staff and they tell me that it is impossible. So I am called a liar. I aske for a refund so I can go elsewhere. By now I lost over an hour, I am starving and we are late for our event. I am told I am cancelled. I ask for proof and they can't give me anything just her name and a paper that says I had a reservation. Fast forward its been a week and I am still waiting for a refund. That hotel needs to be shut down. The customer service at the hotel is terrible and when I called about my refund the staff spoke with me like they were disgusted with me. I would NEVER EVER GO to a BEST WESTERN AGAIN and I would NEVER RECOMMEND IT!
