Franchement je suis énormément déçue et du manque de professionnalisme qui existe entre la plate-forme trip et l'établissement.
J'ai fais la réservation étant à Paris sur l'application Trip pour 3 personnes, ma belle-mère, ma conjointe puis ma fille qui se trouvait à Dreux pour la nuit du 28 au 29, mais malheureusement elles ont dormit dehors, pourtant il y'avait ma petite fille.
Aux environs de 2h j'ai ai appeler et eu la Dame qui gère les réservations de l'hôtel au téléphone via le numéro d'urgence plus de 3 fois, mais elle m'a bien fait comprendre qu'elle ne pouvait rien faire et que mon nom ne figurait pas dans la liste.
J'ai bien été débité, ma fille à dormit dehors et rien était fait.
En tout cas merci à vous et plus jamais.

accueil attentionné, chambre confortable moderne et très propre comme le reste de l’hôtel, grand parking à disposition, petit déjeuner varié et généreux. nombreux restaurants à proximité et centre commercial. à proximité du circuit automobile pour faire des stages de drift.

la chambre est propre spacieuse et lumineuse, la décoration est sobre mais agréable, le petit déjeuner n'est pas donné mais très raisonnable rapport qualité/prix, de plus c'est un buffet donc on peut dire qu'on en a pour son argent. seul point négatif pour moi : le personnel. pas souriant, froid, pas agréable, pas sympathique, limite antipathique, dommage.

Clean, unpretentious hotel in a perfect location for a stopover on your way to or from the UK towards south west France. Patrice is very friendly and helpful, the hotel is clean, the fittings appear to be good quality, the room was large, the bed was comfortable, the buffet breakfast was very good and served in a nice bright room. It ticks all the boxes for a stopover. We would stay there again. There are three restaurants almost next door, but if you want a good evening meal you have to get in the car and drive to the city centre (5 minutes)
