Bed was too firm but that is a personal preference. The mattress pad was worn and pitted however did not affect the quality of the sleep.

My family and I love staying at this hotel. It is safe reliable and clean. The kids love seeing Tyra, the Worlds Largest Dinosaur out of the 5th floor window! The location is great, across from a cool little grocery store and close to downtown. Best continental breakfast I’ve ever had at a hotel. 5/5 we stay here at least 3 times a year.

Very friendly staff. Replaced the tv when we couldn’t get it to shut off. Helped with restaurants location. Greeted by cleaning staff. A very pleasantly experience.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The beds were really comfortable and the room was nice and clean. The only downside was the furnishings..doorways and hallways are a little tired looking.

One of the worst experience during stay at Quality hotel Mattress not comfortable and noisy place Front staff need good training for customer service No smiles very rude while we asking about drumheller Mornings breakfast cold and coffee like Cold coffee Smoking smell in lobby area & Hallway Not recommend this hotel to other travellers

I love staying here, but the last 2 times they have put me in a room that joined another and it can be quite noisy.
