酒店房間設施都不錯，但是出現了一些不愉快，辦理好入住的時候站在大堂不知道電梯在哪個方向，五六個工作人員也沒有出聲指引一下，要客人自己開口詢問。第二點，在帶小朋友在淺水區玩水的時候救生員説要帶泳帽，但是我們在房間看下去的時候明明就有人沒有帶！並且帶着一兩歲的小孩玩下水是不是真的有必要要求她們帶泳帽？如果是嚴肅到需要救生員指着🫵我們大聲罵道，必須戴泳帽，不然全部給我起來！！！這個態度十分惡劣！！！像個社會**一樣！其三，玩了水後帶小孩回房間洗澡，按壓洗髮水和沐浴露居然是加了水進去，稀稀拉拉那種，而且快用完了，像上一個顧客不夠洗加了水進去！但是！我怎麼知道那是什麼水！萬一是什麼化學品！我塗抹在我孩子頭上身上！後果十分嚴重！客房服務員也沒有説什麼就給我換了新的，氣不過在平台找了客服，經理才電話致歉和送了小果盆，（消費部分積分入住不是本來就有歡迎水果嗎？）投訴不是為了什麼，衹是為了自己的安全得到保障！！！

都安來講房間還可以，入住時前台接待略顯不專業，離店時前台服務還不錯，早餐服務很好，但是餐食品類和口味很一般

酒店的位置非常好，出行，吃飯都很方便，酒店的早餐很豐富，可選性很多，酒店的衞生環境和服務都好好，難得的是這個酒店還是寵物友好酒店，就衝著這，下次來都安還會選擇住這裏！

服務：服務非常好受傷了，也會有創口爹給我們。
衞生：衞生非常好床裡邊沒有一些什麼頭髮血壓什麼的洗手池沒有堵塞，而且有洗手液牙刷梳子，護理包都配備的很齊全。
環境環境比較好，晚上很容易入睡。：
