They claimed to NOT have my reservation. However, they gave me a complimentary room that was not the kinĝ I reserved.

Opened claim in attempt to cancel reservation (within an hour of booking it). Was promised management would reach out to me to resolve by 3/4. It's currently 3/8 and no one has reached out to me to resolve this.

Hotel is an older property but it is nicely kept. Cleaned and well maintained. Had no issues. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Was a little disappointed with the leftover juice stain and foul odor from the fridge (cabinet looked like it had water damage). Other than that, the room was ok, hotel was quiet, reception was helpful and courteous, breakfast was great.
