Excellent location and great staff. I just recommended it because it is near to a very beautiful public garden

It was excellent stay except few issues. The main problem is the drainage from the toilet. Hope, the management can resolve it soon

My room was tidy, the bed was comfortable, and the basic amenities were all in good condition. The staff were friendly and check-in was quick and hassle-free. The location was convenient for getting around, which made my trip easier. It was a good stay. Hotel has basement parking. Walking distance to Dira city center mall and red line metro.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel excellent location and ideal to the city centre, the staff is highly efficient helpful on time and friendly. Service is very fast.

I booked an additional day through trip and wanted to cancel as I managed to get a flight earlier. The front desk was not accommodating at all , rude and ridiculed me - saying this is a budget hotel. They have no Conceirge whatsoever ? Does this mean they have no service ? Room toilets extremely small. The lady who checked me in on the first night told me the wrong floor level- told me to go level 6- when it was actually and clearly level 1 . I listened to her and went to level 6. This is after flying for 12 hours and meetings non stop… When I tried to check out earlier, to to trip.com and cancel from there. I did it via trip.com , and got the outcome- that the hotel does not want to accommodate my simple request. I did all this before 12 noon . The person who checked me out was extremely rude and she did not even want to tell me where I can store my baggage for the next 2 hours. I was appalled that such service exist. She even raised her voice and I told her , this is Dubai, please have some service. I do not recommend anyone to stay in this hotel. Pls stay in Novotel next door.

Good place as usual, been here before and will come back. Clean place, helpful staff, good location with multiple restaurants nearby, metro station and dcc nearby.

This hotel is one of the best for business travelers. I like the room was clean It’s definitely worth the price for the quality you receive. Starting from the security team, Bahaa and another gentleman were very helpful when I arrived for check-in — they were truly excellent. However, the food and beverage could be improved. I noticed some dirty cups during breakfast, and the food was just fine, nothing particularly special. Anyway over all was good.

The location is excellent—just across the road from Deira City Centre Mall, with everything you need nearby. However, there were a few drawbacks: no dental kits, the service was a bit slow, the room was quite small, and the bathroom was extremely small and uncomfortable.

Location is excellent and very convenient. Cleanliness is good overall. However, the service could be improved. There was no staff member available to assist with luggage at arrival or departure, which is a service usually available even in smaller hotels. The rooms are quite small, and the bathroom is also very narrow. I believe people with larger body sizes may find it difficult to comfortably use the bathroom due to the limited space. There are also some small but important amenities missing. There is no bar soap provided, only liquid soap. There is also no separate shampoo or conditioner; instead, there is a single liquid that the staff say works as both body wash and shampoo, which is not ideal. The furniture could be improved as well. There is no closed wardrobe, even though the room space seems sufficient to accommodate one. The bed size is medium; if two people share it, it may feel somewhat tight
