1. At 11:30 pm, two people opened the door and broke in. After seeing me in the room, they closed the door and left. I was shocked how others could open my door. 2. The conditioner was basically empty and was just for display. There was no maintenance or replenishment. 3. The sound insulation was not good at night. I could hear the loud TV in the next room. 4. I checked out the next day and reported these problems to the front desk and their manager. Their manager said he would verify it and left my phone number and email address, saying that he would give us feedback. Two days later, I did not receive any feedback. I am very disappointed with the management of this hotel.

The hotel is not big, the location is OK, if you are on business in JLT, it is not bad to stay here. There is nothing much to say about the facilities, only the shower in the bathtub, the bed is good and very comfortable
