Great location! The hotel is right by the river with yachts, and they provided four bottles of water daily. The room had a fridge, and the breakfast was excellent. Maria, Chathura, and Eve Reddy were all incredibly friendly and welcoming. They even gave us a small cake when we checked out!

We stayed at Canopy and had a great experience. I don’t usually write reviews, but this one deserves it. The staff were all genuinely kind and helpful, which made a big difference. We loved the lobby design, and the room upgrade with a view was a really nice touch. Dinner at Skafos was excellent, and the breakfast buffet had a great variety. We also appreciated learning that they grow their own greens to keep the food fresh and clean. It’s also easy to explore Al Seef Village nearby, with a buggy service to take you back and forth, which made it even more convenient. Would definitely come back.❤️

I would like to Thanks to pooja and team for birthday surprise and also 1 male receptionist wearing glasses ( who’s incharge night sift ) they all make our staycation amazing, I book this hotel for my Wife birthday and this is our 5th time choosing Canopy hotel to stay, we had nice Iftar buffet at skafos restaurant the food very nice above the expectation you can found so many choice from the live station till dessert all food are amazing and also we had very nice suhoor meal ( because we’re fasting so we skip our breakfast ), can’t wait to came back and stay there again.

The room has a really cool and interesting design. The bed was super comfortable, and I slept great. The only quirky thing was the sink, it splashed water everywhere. There's a pretty private dressing area, but there aren't many chairs in the room, just a tiny coffee table and a small stool, which made eating a bit inconvenient. Also, the windows don't open.

The hotel's design is modern and the facilities are quite new. Breakfast and dinner both run until 11 AM, and the food selection is good. The location is close to Dubai Creek, within walking distance of the Al Seef historical district attractions. It's lovely for an evening stroll or morning run along the creek. Plus, it's next to the consulates of Lebanon, the UK, and other countries, making it very safe and quiet. There are also lots of cats and pigeons around.

The location is excellent for tourism but not ideal for business. I had to wait until the official check-in time of 3 PM, but the front desk still couldn't process my check-in because the room wasn't ready. After more than half an hour and several reminders, I was finally able to check in. The hotel hallway had a strong, artificial fragrance, while the room's air felt stale, and the windows were sealed shut. The view from the window, however, was nice. During my seven-night stay, towels and other amenities were frequently missing, requiring me to call the lobby for replacements. On the second day, a fruit plate was delivered, and the empty plate remained in the room for several days despite housekeeping. Although it's a four-star hotel, the overall service was lacking. The buffet restaurant had leaks and broken glassware left uncleared due to a shortage of staff. I'd recommend it for tourists, but not for business travelers. Excellent value for money! The breakfast was good, and the rooftop offers an unbeatable view of the city center skyline. While it's not super close to the Old City, it's still an easy 15-minute walk.

EVERYTHING PERFECT ONLY ONE THING IS ABOUT THE AC, IT WAS CONTROLLED AND ONLY AUTHOMATIC, FUN NOT WORKING , FEEL HOT, I CANNOT CONTROL THE TEMPERATURE.. AND THANK YOU FOR THE MAGIC EGG OF CHEF UDARA FROM EGG STATION FOR MAKING OUR BREAKFAST MORE FANTASTIC

Excellent hôtel, all the comfort you can imagine from an Hilton. Really modern ! However the location of the hotel is tricky, you have to walk 15 min to get in the metro and it is the end of the red line.

Highly recommended. Manager Mr. Divi Chandran is very helpful so the same to his friendly staff. The food in the restaurant is delicious. Free parking is provided. The river next to it has a great view. I did my yoga on the rooftop poolside.

We stayed in the hotel for four nights at the end of May. The surrounding environment of the hotel is good. However, in the first night of our stay, the air conditioner and the hair dryer of the room were out or order. Then in the next two days, there were cockroaches marching in the room. The housekeeping did not fix it and the dead boy of the cockroaches stayed in the room for two consecutive days. Besides, the floor of the room's toilet was still wet after cleaning up. Moreover, our booked in advance dinner were missed due to the error of the hotel's computer system. The management was in a mess.
