Thanks Guys for a great experience, absolutely highly recommended for everyone.. Staying for 2 nights was relaxing, at peace and stress free..

Receptions are very tough they should improve speaking and dealing with clients, restaurants people very friendly specially the team leader from Philippines .

The hotel is a bit nice but the problem is that there are a lot of foreign tourists so there is some noise in the hotel besides the first room I took was two rooms with the same door there was some noise we were moved to another room but we are a bit happy.

If you can accept quite loud music at the hotel pool and can sleep under the noise, this hotel is recommendable to you. Even I complained to the front desk, it continued to the late night after 11 PM. It came from right under your room window… It offers relatively reasonable price, but it is a bit far from the center of the city.

As per other Alofts, the hotel is very clean, friendly staff and good breakfast. very convenient for people doing business in Dubai Production City, Internet City and Jebal Ali.

A beautiful hotel with clean and modern rooms. Great for business stay. It's very close to all parts of the city if you have a car otherwise public transportation its available to Mall of the Emirates.

Aloft was nice, clean and very organized. Staff are approachable and kind. Easy to go for shopping as it’s close to store/mall. Also it’s not crowded place. You can relax and have peace of mind.

Everything was great, but the breakfast. Service was understaffed, particularly on days w large tourist groups. On those days, staff struggled to clear and clean tables for incoming guests. Breakfast choices were good but very limited for a 4 star hotel. So, loved the hotel but not the breakfast experience.
