The Tower Plaza Hotel Dubai

We arrived on the first day of Eid at 5PM. While a long queue during a busy holiday is understandable, having the room unavailable two hours after the standard 3PM check-in time is not. After waiting 40 minutes in line, we were told our room wasn't ready. This created a hassle for my family. We had to leave our luggage at the desk and go back out, finally getting a message at 7:00 PM that our bags were in the room. The cleanliness of the hotel and room was below average, and the TV was broken. This hotel is rated as a 5-star property, but nothing about our experience indicates that it is.

Good hotel, next to metro station what is ideal if you want to use the public transport. No need to walk inside in the hot weather. Service is good. Nice room view

Actually the was no hot water in the tab and toilet flash was very uncomfortable. Rest is fine

Everything was good overall. This was my second stay here, but it didn’t match the experience of my first visit. The room shown in the photos featured an open bathtub, but the one I received had it closed off. I was informed this was due to renovation, but the finishing quality was not up to standard. While the stay was generally comfortable, the difference in the room provided and the poor quality of the renovation work were disappointing, especially for a star-rated hotel.

It wasn’t good, I don’t like this hotel, the Ibis hotel was better than this, and breakfast wasn’t nice as in city max or ibis((( unfortunately

The hotel is too busy to accomodate guests properly. You will always end up waiting ages for the elevators and the facilities are always full of guests so it is hard to enjoy. Check in took forever and i was ushered to a receptionist only to be told by the receptionist that she wasnt helping guests. It was disorganised chaos and when i tried to check in the staff are visibly stressed and overwhelmed but also they distract themselves and let people cut in. I was then told to head to an elevator which was not the correct elevator. The location is the hotel's redeeming factor. The views from the room would be nice but the windows are filthy.

The entrance of the hotel wasn’t predictable, The bathrooms werent clean and had a weird smell and the dishwasher broked while i was trying to open it, the elevators were dirty and took so long to get there facitilies are’t great either they only have nescafe and some water,, When i first came to the hotel the room & bathroom was wet and had a weird smell Not so good views either  I don’t know how is this a 5 star hotel
