Everything is old and ruined, and the name is different (bristol inn,Gulf inn)be careful this must be on purpose Cockroaches are evey where and the reception is not responsible 🙄 also the restaurant is creepy and dirty, either rooms. room lights are terrible. we changed our room twice, but every time we faced into new problems, I don't recommend that this hotel must be shut down and repair if they want to earn money

The worst service ever they took 6 hours just to deliver a tissue box i call 6 times in reception and the reception guy who’s doing morning shift keep on saying ok we will deliver but it tooks 6 hours and 2nd thing the guy in room service faisal i ask him a cutlery he directly told me its not good to buy a food from outside and eat in a hotel room in a rude way and they charge extra water bottles 5 dirham which should be complimentry every day worst service ever

Good rooms that are priced attractive. Service is like most other hotels downtown that are in the group of lower and older 5 star hotels. I like it. Don’t be afraid to ask for things that you need. Great Asian and Indian restaurants next door. Laundry service close to hotel. The area is quite and nice. Deserves better reviews and respect.

The worst hotel I stayed in. Extremely dirty, the sound of the disco until 5 in the morning and the sound of hotel repairs from 7 in the morning, full of insects. In the end, we had to change the hotel.

The sound coming from the bar is too loud. I didn’t sleep the entire night. People partying/ loud music and the walls are vibrating because of the amplifier/speaker they have. I can’t even describe the feeling that I am here waiting for their bar to close for me to be able to sleep. This is the worst experience in hotel I have so far in UAE. I can’t believe this. I’m here in room 203 and I don’t know where is the bar area.

Bad hotel i don’t recommend any one to stay here because 1-the rooms are contaminated with cockroaches and small bugs 2-bad wifi connection 3-the same breakfast and limited types 4-no specific name for it make you confused (gulf inn , the Bristol inn ,shams almadina ) 5-if you have car you should pay for the stay of car also 6- the night club are daily and too loud , you can’t sleep at night 7-bad lightening in rooms 8-we changed room twice with the same problems

Iv searched this hotel on booking and there was an offer to stay in, so i have booked it infact all boking reviews were scam and not true, hotel has all broken amenities in the toilet and tv is not working, i have booked an additional bed from booking and there was no charge for it since it was me ,my wife and my kid where at check in i was told that i have to pay additional 200 dhs for the bed, and i did so. Entered the room and found out the mess where it was a twin bed merged together ,smelly room of cigarettes and alcohol, and its a connecting room with another where i can literally hear everything going on the next door , toilets were broken mirror , shower , phone , i called the reception and advised of the things including the tv and bed i asked for. He said he will send someone to fix and no one showed up till i checked out. The tea and coffee cup is dirty and never was washed till i checked in and i was the one to wash it and clean it with hot water so i can have my cup of tea At check out i called the reception for a bell boy to assist us with our luggage and he came while i told him just a sec to pick up the rest of the things and he disappeared to another customer, so i called the manager who was a rude and unattentive person Caled Vivik and he was an ignorant person to my speach and rude in his manners to me infront of other guests.since when i told him about the sink he said its ok and must be cracked. I will post all pictures here to be clear as this hotel is a dirty cheap hotel which is infact known for what it is as its not suitable for families at all . I have shared this for all people to be aware of what is hidden in these hotels.

❌ To whom it may concern ❌ Greetings and after,, On Friday, 8/7/2022, a friend of mine booked a 4-star hotel called *Drouz*, but when I arrived at the hotel, I was surprised that the hotel is a health-hate and there are 9 nightclubs with an Indian system and 2 bars, knowing that the hotel is not classified even one star, I asked to cancel the reservation, one of *I am a Jordanian journalist who came to the UAE for the purpose of tourism and carrying out a personal mission. I did not come to finish in the country of the hospitable, he and his family, children of Zayed, may God have mercy on him, and I am absolutely sure that this humiliating behavior did not accept to happen in their beloved country* I swear to God, I swear to God, I haven't slept comfortably, it's been day and night since I came to this hotel, knowing that I'm writing this message and I'm awake from last night after seeing insects sitting in the chair inside the room only. A very bad experience at this hotel. Breakfast with bedbugs and cockroaches is supposed to be included, the staff is rude and not helpful at all, uncomfortable while entering the room, there is no proper response from the hotel staff I wonder, how it was rated 4 stars and who is responsible for it is a one star hotel much better than this 4 star hotel. I don't recommend anyone in this hotel at all. I want to file a complaint on *********** because he rated the hotel 4 stars in addition to the hotel *Attached are videos proving the presence of insects and others, as well as a photo from my tourist visa* الى من يهمه الامر ‏‎تحية طيبة وبعد،،، ‏‎في يوم الجمعة الموافق 8/7/2022 قام صديق لي بحجز فندق 4 نجوم اسمه ( *درووز* ) لكن عند وصولي الى الفندق اذ اتفاجئ بأن الفندق عبارة عن مكرهه صحية ويوجد بداخله 9 نوادي ليلية نظام هندي و بارات عدد 2 مع العلم بأن الفندق لا يُصنف حتى بنجمة واحدة قمت بطلب إلغاء الحجز قام احد الموظفين بالرد علي بأنه سيتم خصم المبلغ المدفوع وليس بإمكانه اعادته لي فجبرت بأن أبقى ليلة واحده بالفندق لكي اقوم بحل تلك المشكلة فاليوم التالي بعد تقديم عدة شكاوى من الازعاج والصخب والصوت المرتفع القادم من النوادي والبارات قاموا بتبديل الفندق الى فندق يحمل ( *اسم چولف ان* ) وفي هذا الفندق ايضاً اواجه مشكلة بالصوت الصادر من المطعم داخل الفندق الذي يستمر عمله حتى الساعة 4 فجراً وبالاضافة بأن الفندق لا يوجد ماء ساخن للإستحمام والحنفيات لتغسيل الايدي ايضاً معطلة وبالاضافة الى وجود حشرات وصراصير داخل الغرفة قمت بتقديم شكوى منذ 4 ايام ولغاية تلك اللحظة اليوم الاربعاء الموافق 13/7/2022 ولكن اتفاجئ بأن الرد لا يوجد لدينا غرف فارغة على الاطلاق *ومع العلم بأنني قدمت لأكثر من مرة شكوى للشرطة السياحية ولكن دون جدوى ايضاً* ‏‎*انا اعلامي اردني أتيت الى الامارات في قصد السياحة وتنفيذ مهمة شخصية لم أأتي لكي أنهان في بلد المضياف هو وأهله عيال زايد رحمه الله وإنا متأكد تماماً بأن هذا التصرف المُهين لم يقبلوا بأن يحصل في بلدهم الحبيب* ‏‎أقسم بالله أقسم بالله إنني لم أنام بشكل مريح أصبح ليلي نهاراً ونهاري ليلاً منذ ان أتيت الى هذا الفندق ومع العلم بأنني اكتب هذه الرسالة وانا مستيقظاً من ليلة امس بعد رؤيتي للحشرات ج
